Pitch Drop Panel Discussion
Pitch Drop Talks are a monthly panel discussion and Q&A on hot button social issue. We invite a panel of local icons, great thinkers and radical activists to try to solve massive entrenched problem in under two hours or your money back. Promise.
This month, we’ll be talking about how to make Queenslanders love art again (…or for the first time, maybe).
Daniel Gough, the Creative Director of the Sui Ensemble, will lead the panel through what makes the arts community tick and how to make people actually pay freelancers for gosh darn’s sake.
Our first panellist is Lincoln Savage, the mastermind behind Jungle Love and the Brisbane Street Art Festival.
Our second panellist is Emily Devers, the Creative Director of Brisbane’s most dynamic design outfit, Frank & Mimi, and a co-founder of the Foundry, a creative workspace at Red Hill.
Our third panellist is Lucy Forsberg, co-founder of one of Brisbane’s most successful artist-run initiatives, Cut Thumb, in West End.
Our other panellists to be announced.
Admission is free.
